Aerial Yoga, Aromatherapy and Reflexology
Join Suzanne and Shannon for a blissful 2-hour immersive experience at Yoga4all, Airside Swords. A magical combination of Aerial Yoga, Aromatherapy and reflexology! Yummy - All while cocooned in your aerial hammock.

Perfect way to give yourself or a loved one some love on Valentine's Weekend ♥️♥️
Starting with a movement class with me (Suzanne) , we will do a yoga flow using my aerial hammocks and some beginner friendly inversions to decompress and de-stress. No previous experience necessary. ♥️
Shannon will then be doing a mini reflexology sequence enhanced with aromatherapy oils with everyone. Reflexology assists the body into balance by applying pressure on specific reflexes on the feet that are linked to the organs via meridian lines. The application of aromatherapy oils enhances the treatment. Our feet have the largest surface of pores in our whole body so these oils will go straight into the blood stream and work safely throughout the body, as well as smelling beautiful. Essential oils are grounding, uplifting and also beneficial to our health.♥️
If anyone doesn't want to have the reflexology done on their feet, Shannon will have an alternative option using your hand instead 🥰
Suzanne will finish off the day with a guided floating relaxation in the hammocks - pure bliss ♥️
Each attendee takes home their own 5ml bottle to apply to their feet, body or put onto a ceramic burner with water.♥️
