Our French Retreat Venue is a magnificent stone building renovated in 2021 located in a natural, quiet and wild setting, in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Nature Park in a valley populated by vast forests, small streams and wild animals.

Our yoga sessions (including Aerial Yoga) will take place both inside with views of the surrounding woods and also on the outdoor terrace offering a panoramic view of the valley and the mountains.

Outside we have our very own Mountain Spa. A peaceful space designed for relaxation and includes a fully equipped wood fire barrel sauna and a Nordic bath, also heated by wood fire, equipped with a bubble jet system.
Massages and body treatments can be arranged on site.

Full board of healthy, gourmet, organic, local produce is included (vegetarian) inspired by world cuisines. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Drinks and Snacks - with lots of the food grown onsite.

Numerous hikes of all levels are available directly from our mountain gite with rivers to dip and cool off in. It is possible to go hiking from the cottage, the GRP trail - tour de la barguillière offers hikes accessible to all where you can meet deer, horses etc... and enjoy a panorama of the Pyrenean peaks from the Cap du Carmil, you can also go and look for the freshness of the small streams at the bottom of the valleys, go around the mills or simply stroll on the "planels", the meadows above the village.

Double Bedroom/Private Room - Single Occupancy - 850euro

Double Bedroom - Shared 2 people (twin beds or double bed) - 650euro pp

Dorm Room - Bunk Beds - 500euro pp (Very common in France to have this kind of shared room set up)

Whats not included :

• Flights (Contact Suzanne to find out what airport to fly to and recommended flight)

• Transfers - I will hire 2 cars and will divide the cost for hire plus petrol among us all - So approx 50euro pp all in - to bring us to and from the airport, shopping, and any day trips we may want to do. If you prefer to sort your own way of getting to/from the venue etc thats fine. We are staying approx 1.5hrs from the airport.

• There is a huge amount of adventure and activities to be found in the Ariege Pyrenees area - The must-see tourist sites of Ariège from Canyoning. Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Hiking with goats , airsports, fishing, horseriding etc etc etc. There are museams, castles, caves, markets - If you have been away with me before you will know that you are free to explore or do extra activities should you wish and i will help facilitate that when we are there.
