Acu-Aerial Experience in Anam Kara - Glendalough House, Annamoe, Wicklow
Acupuncture combined with an aerial yoga hammock offers a deeply restorative and unique therapeutic experience!
Starting with a slow-flow aerial yoga class with Suzanne Kenny, the hammocks will be set low to the floor, focuses on gentle, grounding movements to prepare the body and mind for deeper relaxation. The practice includes flowing sequences and stretches, using the hammock as a supportive prop to enhance flexibility and mobility. Plenty of movement is incorporated into the session to compliment Sarah Marshalls acupuncture session that follows. This never done before combination of Aerial Yoga and Acupuncture promotes circulation, release, and a sense of calm. Perfect for all levels, this workshop offers a soothing yet dynamic experience. The comfort of using the Aerial Hammocks enhances the acupuncture session by helping to calm the nervous system and encouraging a deeper release. The hammock's gentle support aligns the body, making it easier for the acupuncture to stimulate energy flow and promote healing. Ideal for stress relief, improved circulation, and overall well-being, this fusion creates a harmonious blend of Eastern medicine and modern movement therapy.
Please bring a yoga mat, water and a blanket
